Refunds and Exchanges
We do not refund or exchange products based on a change of mind but will refund or replace under the obligations of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 if your product is deemed defective or spoiled.
If you wish to return/exchange an item due to quality issues, please notify us within seven days of receiving the item. The customer is solely responsible for the return of the product, but NZTECH LIMITED will reimburse return postage costs for spoiled or defective goods.
All items must be returned in the original condition they were shipped in, unused, with all original tags still intact. Please include the packing slip.
