Buyer Protection lasts 15 days from the date you confirm receipt of your order.

Items with the label “Buyer Protection” are covered under this policy, with the exception of:

Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents

Custom-made or personalized products

Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons (e.g., undergarments, opened personal care items)

🔄 Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective, not as described, or incorrect, NZTECH LTD will cover the return cost.

If the return is due to change of mind, the return shipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
