Lost or Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item is lost or damaged during transit by the shipping company, you are fully protected.

We guarantee a 100% refund of your purchase if the shipping carrier confirms the item is:

Lost in transit, or

Delivered damaged or unusable

For products shipped from overseas, if your item does not arrive within the expected timeframe, we will raise an investigation ticket with the international shipping company. This investigation process typically takes 7–10 working days.

If the item is confirmed lost by the shipping company after investigation, we will issue a full refund to you—no questions asked.

For overseas shipments, tracking information is often unavailable until the package arrives in New Zealand and is scanned by local couriers (e.g., NZ Post).

For products shipped from within New Zealand, or supplied by our NZ-based suppliers, we will provide you with an NZ Post tracking number as soon as the product is dispatched.
