Our Website serves as a platform for Users (“you”) to purchase coupons (“Coupons”) for goods/services offered by Merchants.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Pricing: All prices exclude GST, freight, and duties unless stated. Prices may change before order acceptance.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at checkout unless you have approved credit terms. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards.
  • Coupons:
    • Valid only for the specified product/service and Merchant.
    • Expire on the date stated; no extensions except as required by law.
    • Non-transferable, non-refundable (except under statutory rights), and void if altered.

4. Delivery

  • Coupons: Delivered electronically via email after payment.
  • Physical Goods: Delivery costs and timelines depend on the Merchant. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranties

  • Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA): Applies to personal-use purchases. We comply with CGA obligations.
  • Change of Mind:
    • Unopened products may be exchanged within 7 days (excludes special orders).
    • Coupons are non-refundable unless faulty or misrepresented.
  • Faulty Products: Return for testing. We repair, replace, or refund per CGA.
  • Merchant Liability: Merchants are responsible for their product/service quality. We act as intermediaries.

6. Privacy & Data

  • Collection: We collect data (e.g., name, email, payment details) to process orders, improve services, and send marketing (opt-out available).
  • Use: Data is stored securely and may be shared with Merchants, payment processors, or as required by law.

7. Coupon Redemption

  • Present the Coupon and valid ID to the Merchant.
  • Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
  • Report issues (e.g., expired/faulty Coupons) within 10 days of expiry for review.

8. Liability

  • Limitation: We are not liable for Merchant actions, third-party links, or indirect damages (e.g., lost profits). Liability is capped at the Coupon’s value.
  • Force Majeure: Not liable for delays/cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).

9. Intellectual Property

All Website content (logos, text, images) is owned by NZ Tech or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Termination

We may suspend/terminate accounts for breaches, fraud, or inactivity. Unused Coupons forfeit upon termination.

11. Governing Law

Governed by New Zealand law. Disputes resolved in NZ courts.
