Account Credit & Gift Voucher Terms
Account Credit
- Can only be used at NZ Tech Ltd
- Non-transferable; cannot be exchanged for cash (except as required by the CGA)
- Refund credit expires: 24 months from issue
- Promotional credit expires: 12 months from issue
- Expired credit is forfeited and cannot be reinstated
- Your balance is shown in your account dashboard
- You are responsible for using credit before it expires
Gift Vouchers
- Available for purchase in store or online
- Can be used for any NZ Tech products or services
- Non-transferable; cannot be redeemed for cash
- Expire 36 months from purchase unless stated otherwise
- Treat vouchers like cash — we are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers
- Remaining balances are retained as account credit
Account Closure
If your account is closed, we will assess at our discretion whether you are eligible for a refund of unused credit, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
